Pet Price Recon -- 7/10

So, I was finally able to finish my first pet price recon. Get this! I had notes for some prices...then got home and couldn't read my own notes. Great balls of fire! I had to find time to go back to a couple of stores to get the list complete. I picked the most common kinds of dog food carried by all stores and/or those that I know offer coupons.

What I found is the stores don't always carry the same size bag, so you can't compare apples to apples when price shopping. You'll need figure out a price per lb. in order to get a better idea of what is a good price. I've got a scoop I stumbled across when buying pet food -- please check back later for that post.

Now, I started with dog food, well...'cause I have dogs. So, please, all you cat folks just hang tight. (My last kitty passed away about 7 years ago, and we just haven't gotten any more as my hubby is allergic). So, having to pick somewhere to start, I did. *smile*
